Canberra, October 29 (Hibya) – Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese emphasized during the APEC Summit in South Korea that his country plays an active role on the global stage.
Albanese stated that they are working with leaders from around the world, saying: “Here at APEC, we have a seat at the table, and we’re using it to create new opportunities for Australian jobs, businesses, exporters, and investors.”
Highlighting the impact of global developments on Australia, the Prime Minister said: “What happens in the world matters to Australia.”
Albanese concluded his remarks by thanking South Korean President Lee Jae Myung for his hospitality.
