President Zelensky stated that Russia attacks the Ukrainian people almost every night with various types of weapons, saying: “Since last night, attacks have been carried out on our settlements in the Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, and Odesa regions. Unfortunately, there are dead and wounded.”

He added that this week alone, Russia has used about 1,500 attack drones, 1,170 guided air bombs, and more than 70 different types of missiles to target life in Ukraine, and continued:

“The attacks have hit civilian infrastructure and ordinary residential buildings; there have also been numerous terrorist attacks targeting the energy sector. It is clear that Moscow’s main goal is to harm our people. Therefore, we are actively working to ensure reliable support for our energy sector this winter. We have reached concrete agreements with our partners.”
