Zelensky: Rescue operation continues after Russian missile attack
Kyiv, February 4 (Hibya) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that the rescue operation continues after the Russian missile attack on the city of Izium.
President Zelensky stated that Russia launched a missile attack on the city of Izium.
He noted that the rescue operation is ongoing after the attack and that part of the city council building has been destroyed.
Zelensky added: "So far, we know there are casualties: 20 people have been injured. Unfortunately, five people have died. I extend my condolences to their families and loved ones. This brutality is intolerable. Russia must be subjected to maximum pressure through military force, sanctions, and diplomacy to stop terrorism and protect lives."
