Zelensky held a phone call with Norwegian Prime Minister Store
Kyiv, December 21 (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held a phone conversation with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store.
Ukrainian President Zelensky said he spoke with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store and that they discussed ongoing diplomatic efforts in detail.
Noting that they are moving at a very fast pace and that their teams in Florida continue working with the American side, Zelensky stated:
“European representatives have also been invited to this process. The negotiations are constructive, and this is extremely important. Much depends on whether Russia truly feels the need to end the war; it must not be merely rhetorical or a political game for Russia. Unfortunately, concrete signals from Russia remain negative: attacks along the front line, Russian war crimes committed in border regions, and continued attacks on our infrastructure. It is vital that the world does not remain silent in the face of all this.”
Zelensky said he is grateful to Norway for its readiness to support both the continuation of pressure on Russia and the recovery process following the attacks.
