Yeşilgöz Zegerius: We are providing a new €500 million support package to Ukraine
Amsterdam, June 18 (Hibya) - Dutch Defence Minister Dilan Yeşilgöz Zegerius announced a new €500 million support package for Ukraine. The package aims to strengthen both military assistance to Ukraine and the Dutch defence industry.
Yeşilgöz-Zegerius made a statement regarding her meeting with Ukraine’s Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov.
The statement noted that a new €500 million support package will be provided to Ukraine. The package is intended to strengthen Ukraine’s defence capabilities.
It was also stated that the support package represents an investment in the Dutch defence industry and will enhance cooperation, particularly in the fields of drone technologies and innovation.
The parties discussed military support for Ukraine and ways to expand cooperation in the defence industry sector.
