White House: Trump administration signals changes in border policies
Washington, June 11 (Hibya) - The White House announced that President Donald Trump's administration has taken steps aimed at reversing the effects of border policies implemented during the previous period.
In a statement released by the White House, it was argued that border security has been strengthened again following the “open border” policies of the Biden administration.
The statement also included remarks by U.S. Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche.
Blanche said, “When the government fails to protect our borders, the most vulnerable communities suffer the most. This department and this administration maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward illegal activities and are committed to protecting children affected by the consequences of open borders.”
