Wadephul: Good neighborly relations make Europe stronger
Berlin, May 8 (Hibya) - German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul met with his Czech counterpart Petr Macinka in Berlin and shared decisions aimed at strengthening the strategic partnership and civil society projects between the two countries.
German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul emphasized the friendship and security cooperation between Germany and the Czech Republic during the meeting.
Referring to the nature of relations between the two countries, Wadephul said, “Good neighborly relations make Europe stronger. Germany and the Czech Republic enjoy close friendship and excellent cooperation in Europe and within NATO.”
Sharing the concrete outcomes of the meeting, Wadephul stated, “During Petr Macinka’s visit to Berlin today, we jointly decided to extend the German-Czech Future Fund for another ten years.”
