US-Iran talks ended without results
Islamabad, April 12 (Hibya) - U.S. Vice President JD Vance left Islamabad after talks with Iran ended without reaching an agreement.
According to Al Jazeera, U.S. Vice President JD Vance left Islamabad after talks with Iran ended without an agreement, stating that the United States had presented its “final and best offer.”
Sources close to the Iranian side, however, argued that the U.S. was looking for an excuse to withdraw from the talks. U.S. President Donald Trump said that regardless of the outcome of the process, the United States was superior to Iran.
While rejecting claims that U.S. ships had passed through the Strait of Hormuz, Iran said that any possible attempt at passage would receive a “strong response.”
