UNRWA: Every woman deserves protection and care
New York, November 3 (Hibya) – The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) issued a statement regarding the situation in Gaza.
In its statement, UNRWA reported that overcrowded shelters in Gaza have very little space or privacy left.
It noted that for many displaced women and girls, daily life means coping without dignity, safety, or adequate hygiene.
“Limited access to healthcare services and basic hygiene materials makes every day a difficult struggle. Every woman deserves protection and care.”
