Kyiv, January 27 (Hibya) – Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that Russian forces attacked a passenger train in the Kharkiv region on January 27.
In a statement, Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that Russian forces attacked a passenger train in the Kharkiv region on January 27. The statement noted that following the attack, the train operating on the Chop–Barvinkove route caught fire, with one carriage completely burned and another partially damaged.
The ministry stated that at least two people were injured and that emergency teams are continuing their work at the scene, adding:
“Russia views the lives of civilians as targets. This terror must be stopped immediately; the way to do so is through decisive international pressure and strengthening defensive support for Ukraine.”
