Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sybiha: Putin wants to continue the war
Kyiv, March 14 (Hibya) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin wants to continue the war.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sybiha said that Ukraine said "yes" to the United States' ceasefire proposal because it wants peace.
Sybiha emphasized that instead of saying "yes," Putin is setting various conditions: "Ukraine wants the war to end. Putin wants to continue it. All his other words are just a smoke screen."
