Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sybiha reported on his meeting with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Bayramov. He noted that he briefed him on the ongoing diplomatic efforts towards lasting peace in Ukraine, as well as the joint efforts carried out with the United States and other allies.

"I congratulated my colleague on the signing of the Joint Declaration with Armenia and on the progress made towards the long-awaited peace in the South Caucasus.

In our bilateral dialogue, we noted positive dynamics, including the phone calls between our presidents, my visit to Azerbaijan, the meeting of the Intergovernmental Joint Commission, and the signing of the agreement on the purchase of natural gas from Azerbaijan."
