Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba addresses the EU Council on Foreign Relations
Kyiv, June 25 (Hibya) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba participated in the EU Council on Foreign Relations upon invitation by the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Josep Borrell.
Kuleba thanked the 27 EU member states for approving negotiation frameworks with Ukraine and Moldova, saying:
"Our negotiations for EU membership will begin tomorrow. Additionally, I emphasized the importance of the 14th EU sanctions package to weaken Putin's war economy further and welcomed the EU's steps to use frozen Russian assets for Ukraine's benefit."
