Washington, September 24 (Hibya) – United States (US) President Donald Trump said that Chinese President Xi Jinping and his wife Peng Liyuan are visiting the country on the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States, adding that he is pleased to welcome the Chinese delegation to the White House.
US President Donald Trump made a statement regarding the visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping, his wife Peng Liyuan, and the Chinese delegation to the United States.
Trump said, “President Xi and Madam Peng are coming here at an important moment for America — on the 250th anniversary of our founding.”
Expressing his pleasure at welcoming the Chinese delegation, Trump said, “Mr. President Xi, Madam Peng, and distinguished members of the Chinese delegation, it is a great pleasure to welcome you to this beautiful White House.”
