The leaders agreed on the need to support peaceful, consensus-based solutions that take into account the interests of all countries in the region.

It was also stated that satisfaction was expressed over the development of political and economic relations between Russia and the United Arab Emirates, and that the parties agreed to maintain regular contacts.

Putin also thanked the Emirati side for the support provided by the UAE on humanitarian issues related to Ukraine.
