Syrian President al-Sharaa receives Fidan
Damascus, September 13 (Hibya) – Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa held a meeting in Damascus with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.
According to a statement from the Presidency of the Syrian Arab Republic, President Ahmed al-Sharaa received Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan in Damascus at a meeting also attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Asaad al-Shaibani.
During the meeting, ways to strengthen relations between Türkiye and Syria were discussed, and views were exchanged on the latest regional developments.
The importance of continuing coordination and consultations in order to serve mutual interests and support security and stability in the region was also emphasized.
