Syrian Foreign Ministry: Migration and refugee issues discussed in Oslo
Oslo, October 1 (Hibya) - Nehle Osman, Director of the Migrants and Refugees Department at the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, met with Snøri Søthr, Director General of the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration.
According to a statement by the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Nehle Osman met with Snøri Søthr, Director General of the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration, in Oslo. The meeting addressed the framework and mechanisms of Norway's immigration system, as well as the situation of the Syrian community in Norway. The two sides also discussed ways to strengthen cooperation and coordination while taking the interests of Syrians into consideration.
