Sybiha said the following:
"The Russians are completely ignoring the proposal for a full and lasting ceasefire scheduled to begin on May 12. They continue attacking Ukrainian positions along the front line. Moscow is wasting yet another opportunity to stop the loss of lives. This once again reveals that Russia's only goal is to prolong the war."
