Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Lazzarini emphasized that airdropped aid is at least 100 times more costly than aid delivered by trucks.

He noted that trucks carry twice as much aid as aircraft and said, “If there is political will to allow airdrops – which are costly, insufficient, and inefficient – then there must also be political will to open land crossings.”

Lazzarini said that while people in Gaza are starving, the only way to fight famine is to flood Gaza with aid.

He added that UNRWA, the largest UN agency on the ground, has 6,000 trucks loaded with aid waiting outside Gaza, and during the ceasefire earlier this year, UNRWA and partners were able to bring in 500 to 600 trucks per day.
