Prime Minister Svyrydenko said that Russia continued its attacks on civilians throughout the night.

She reported that residential buildings and shopping centers were hit in Dnipro: "At least two people were killed and several others injured. People in Kharkiv were under fire for hours – targeted by ballistic missiles, guided bombs, and drones. Five people, including three emergency workers, were injured. The nearby town of Zmiiv was also hit, with more civilians wounded. The Russians also targeted Zaporizhia, Kamianske, and Shostka."

Emphasizing that Russia has "no desire for peace," Svyrydenko stated: "They will continue as long as they have the capability. It is now crucial to weaken them with stronger sanctions."
