The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) stated that an Israeli Air Force aircraft, operating early this morning under the direction of the 91st Division, targeted and neutralized Hezbollah commander Ali Abed el-Kadir Ismail at the organization’s headquarters in the Bint Jbeil region.

In the IDF’s statement: “Ismail was working to rebuild the organization’s infrastructure in the Bint Jbeil area of southern Lebanon. The activities of this terrorist constitute a violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon. The IDF will continue its operations to eliminate any threat to the State of Israel.”
