Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

According to a statement by Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani held a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye, Hakan Fidan.

During the call, the latest developments regarding the military tensions between the United States and Iran over the past two days were discussed.

Prime Minister Al Thani stated that the State of Qatar condemns and rejects the attacks targeting commercial vessels in the Strait of Hormuz despite ongoing efforts to de-escalate tensions in the region.

He stressed that such actions undermine the atmosphere of trust, threaten the safety of international navigation, and harm efforts to strengthen regional stability.

The Qatari Prime Minister also underlined that all parties must remain committed to dialogue and diplomacy in order to ensure regional security, preserve the achievements made, and enhance stability. Al Thani reiterated his call on all parties to implement the provisions previously agreed upon under the Memorandum of Understanding.
