Kuwait, April 16 (Hibya) - The State of Qatar participated in the third joint ministerial-level strategic dialogue meeting between the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Central Asian countries held in Kuwait.

The meeting was led by the State Minister for Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Sultan bin Saad Al Muraiki.
