Pezeshkian: Sanctions are among the main causes of the hardships faced by the people
Tehran, January 18 (Hibya) – Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said that the country’s economic difficulties stem from sanctions imposed by the United States and its allies.
President Pezeshkian stated that one of the main reasons behind the economic hardships experienced by the Iranian people is the sanctions imposed by the US and its allies.
In his remarks, Pezeshkian said, “If there is hardship and pressure in the lives of the Iranian people, one of its fundamental causes is the long-standing hostility and inhumane sanctions imposed by the US government and its allies.”
The president also warned about the consequences of any attack on Iran’s religious leadership, saying, “Any attack on our country’s supreme leadership would mean an all-out war against the Iranian nation.”
