Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Dar meets Myanmar counterpart Swe
Islamabad, Jan. 26 (Hibya) – Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar held a meeting with Myanmar’s Foreign Minister Than Swe.
Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar and Myanmar’s Foreign Minister Than Swe held delegation-level talks in Islamabad.
The two sides reviewed all aspects of bilateral relations and reaffirmed their commitment to expanding cooperation across various sectors, including religious tourism, people-to-people contacts and cultural exchanges, with a view to promoting shared prosperity.
They also exchanged views on regional and international peace and security issues and agreed to remain in close contact on matters of mutual interest.
