Orban: New initiatives are needed to ensure peace
Budapest, February 18 (Hibya) – Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban stated that international peacekeeping structures have lost their effectiveness, emphasized the importance of new initiatives, and announced that Hungary is honored to join Donald Trump’s peace-oriented initiative.
In a post on his social media account, Prime Minister Orban said that the old structures established to preserve international peace have lost their impact and that it is time for change.
In his statement, Orban said: “The time for change has come. The old structures established to preserve international peace have lost their effectiveness. New initiatives are needed. Hungary is honored to join President Donald Trump’s peace-oriented initiative aimed at achieving real results. A historic moment: we eagerly await the first session of the ‘Board Of Peace’ tomorrow!”
