Tsahkna: Wagner is recruiting for violence on NATO territory
Tallinn, February 18 (Hibya) – Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna stated that individuals linked to Wagner are recruiting people for acts of violence on NATO territory, adding that this poses a long-term threat to the Alliance.
In his statement, Minister Tsahkna said that individuals connected to Wagner, who had previously directed young Russians to fight in Ukraine, are now seeking recruits to carry out violent acts on NATO territory.
Tsahkna emphasized that Russia’s objective is to spread fear and instability across the Alliance, noting that this constitutes a long-term threat to NATO.
