Brussels, November 5 (Hibya) – European Parliament President Roberta Metsola met with the President of the Swiss National Council, Maja Riniker, and the President of the Swiss Council of States, Andrea Caroni.
European Parliament President Roberta Metsola stated that she met with Swiss National Council President Maja Riniker and Swiss Council of States President Andrea Caroni.
Metsola emphasized that deepening relations between the European and Swiss parliaments is of great importance for progress in the EU–Switzerland Agreement Package process, adding: “Strengthening trade and partnership will bring mutual benefits to Europe and Switzerland. By enhancing inter-parliamentary cooperation, we will advance this process even further.”
