German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said that the government is continuing to reduce the bureaucratic burden on businesses and citizens through its latest decisions.
Merz stated, “We are cutting bureaucracy. With the measures already agreed upon, we are providing around €10 billion in relief for businesses and citizens.”
Noting that new regulations are also being implemented, Merz said, “At today's cabinet meeting on reducing administrative burdens, we launched additional measures. In this way, we are making Germany more modern and stronger.”
