Medinskiy: We urge Kyiv to adhere strictly to the agreements reached in Istanbul
Moscow, June 7 (Hibya) – Vladimir Medinskiy, Advisor to the President of Russia and head of the Russian delegation at the Istanbul negotiations, called on Kyiv to strictly comply with the agreements reached in Istanbul.
Medinskiy urged Kyiv to adhere strictly to the Istanbul agreements and to immediately initiate the process of exchanging prisoners of war.
