Lipavsky: Putin must clearly state that he will achieve nothing by military means
Prague, August 31 (Hibya) - Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky said that Russian President Vladimir Putin must clearly state that he will achieve nothing by military means.
Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky noted that Putin is playing a delaying game.
"That is why, for example, we need to impose more sanctions in the energy sector and, if necessary, be ready to send more weapons to Ukraine," Lipavsky said, adding that Putin must clearly state that he will not achieve anything through military means.
