Kazakh Foreign Minister Koşerbayev visits Armenia
Astana, April 9 (Hibya) – Economic and institutional cooperation topics between the two countries were highlighted during the visit of Kazakhstan’s Foreign Minister Yermek Koşerbayev to Armenia.
According to a statement by Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Minister Yermek Koşerbayev paid an official visit to Armenia.
The statement recalled that diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and Armenia were established on August 27, 1992, and noted that the legal framework between the two countries consists of more than 40 agreements.
It was also stated that relations were elevated to the level of a strategic partnership in 2025, and that economic and institutional cooperation continues.
Additionally, it was reported that the trade volume between the two countries stands at 69.2 million dollars, while direct investments have reached 24 million dollars.
