Kallas: Pressure cannot go unanswered
Brussels, January 29 (Hibya) – The European Union’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, announced that EU foreign ministers have decided to list Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terrorist organization.
The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the European Commission, Kaja Kallas, announced the decision taken against Iran following the EU Foreign Affairs Council meeting.
Stressing a firm stance against the Iranian regime’s repressive policies, Kallas said: “Pressure cannot go unanswered. EU foreign ministers have taken a decisive step by declaring Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps a terrorist organization.”
Kallas concluded her statement by saying: “Any regime that kills thousands of its own people is preparing its own end.”
