The Israeli Foreign Ministry issued a statement directed at the Lebanese administration, claiming that it had not taken the necessary steps against Hezbollah, stating: “They did not disarm Hezbollah and did not prevent attacks against Israel.”

The statement also referred to attacks against Israel, saying: “Instead of apologizing for thousands of attacks launched from their territory against Israel, they come with demands.”

The statement added: “Now we are forced to do it instead of them,” signaling a message of an operation against Hezbollah.

The Israeli Foreign Ministry stated: “It is time to act against Hezbollah. Not with words, but with actions.”
