Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

In an attack carried out early on Tuesday, just days before the Lebanese government was set to discuss Hezbollah’s disarmament, a three-storey commercial building in Sidon was flattened.

Despite months having passed since the devastating cross-border war, tensions remain high, and on Monday the Israeli air force struck several locations in southern and eastern Lebanon targeting areas where Hezbollah and Hamas infrastructure was located.

The strikes came just days before the commander of the Lebanese army was due to brief the government on efforts to disarm Hezbollah in areas near the Israeli border; this sensitive process is being conducted under pressure from both Israel and the United States.

About two hours before the attacks, the Israeli army’s Arabic-language spokesperson Avichay Adraee said in a public warning on the X platform that Israeli forces would strike Hezbollah and Hamas targets in two villages in the eastern Bekaa Valley and two villages in southern Lebanon.
