Hamas confirms death of commander
Stockholm, October 5 (Hibya) - Hamas confirmed the killing of its commander in a statement on its official Telegram channel on Friday.
Hamas announced that one of its commanders, Zahi Yaser Abd al-Razeq Oufi, was killed along with seven other military personnel in an Israeli attack on the West Bank town of Tulkarm on Thursday.
The Israeli army, the IDF, said earlier today that Oufi was the head of the Hamas network in Tulkarm and was planning a terrorist attack "in the near future".
