Germany and Kuwait discuss Strait of Hormuz and regional tensions
Berlin, September 16 (Hibya) - German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul discussed the security of the Strait of Hormuz and efforts to reduce regional tensions with Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah Ali Al-Sabah.

In a post on his social media account, Wadephul said that an open, free and secure Strait of Hormuz, as well as reducing regional tensions, featured prominently on the agenda of the meeting.
Wadephul said he reaffirmed Germany’s solidarity with Kuwait and added that the two countries agreed to deepen cooperation in security, trade and investment in Germany.
