Fletcher: We must be allowed to carry out humanitarian efforts
New York, December 12 (Hibya) - United Nations (UN) Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator Tom Fletcher said they must be allowed to carry out humanitarian efforts.
UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator Fletcher stated that approximately 45,000 civilians, most of them women and children, have been killed in the occupied Palestinian territories.
Fletcher emphasized that they need this fund to save as many lives as possible, adding, “We must be allowed to carry out humanitarian efforts.”
