Prime Minister Schoof emphasized that work is not solely about earning money; it also provides opportunities for personal growth, building social relationships, and improving self-confidence.

He noted that thanks to social development enterprises like "Dokwurk" in the city of Dokkum, Friesland, people who struggle to find jobs can also become part of the labor market.

"They can do this by working in a regular job or, if more suitable, in a more protected work environment. It is important that social development enterprises continue to play this role in the future. This is why the government is making significant investments in this area," Schoof stated.
