Budrys: Russia repeatedly resorts to terror against civilians
Vilnius, November 25 (Hibya) – Lithuania’s Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys stated that Ukraine has maintained its commitment to a full and comprehensive ceasefire for more than 250 days.
Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys emphasized that Ukraine has adhered to a full and comprehensive ceasefire for over 250 days.
Budrys noted that this week the Ukrainian delegation began negotiations in Geneva aimed at ending Russia’s war against Ukraine, and added:
“Russia, unable to win on the battlefield and lacking the courage to take part in diplomatic negotiations, repeatedly resorts to terror against civilians. This has been Russia’s only plan to date.”
