Albusaidi: We signed agreements between Oman and Angola covering investments
Muscat, September 18 (Hibya) - Omani Foreign Minister Badr Albusaidi said Oman and Angola signed strategic partnership agreements and memoranda of understanding covering numerous areas, including political consultations, visa exemptions, energy, agriculture and logistics.
Omani Foreign Minister Badr Albusaidi commented on the signing ceremony held between Oman and Angola.
Highlighting the scope of the agreements signed, Albusaidi said, “Today, Oman and Angola signed a number of agreements and memoranda of understanding covering strategic partnerships in political consultations, visa exemptions, avoidance of double taxation, investment, air transport, agriculture and energy, renewable energy, logistics and water infrastructure.”
Emphasizing the nature of the partnership, Albusaidi concluded his statement by saying, “A new and comprehensive framework has been established that moves our partnership from dialogue to implementation and supports investment and sustainable development.”
