In a post on social media, Albares said: "Spanish foreign policy shows that dialogue and negotiations produce results. The Gibraltar agreement and the Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation with France prove that diplomacy strengthens the European project and improves the lives of citizens."
Albares also noted that he met with Bruegel Director Jeromin Zettelmeyer.
