Albanese speaks with Indonesian President Prabowo
Canberra, April 21 (Hibya) – Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese held a phone call with Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto.
Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese discussed developments in the Middle East and their regional impacts with Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto.
Commenting on the call, Albanese said, “We discussed the conflict in the Middle East and its impact on our region.”
Referring to bilateral cooperation, Albanese stated, “Australia and Indonesia are working together to support the flow of essential goods and make our energy supply chains more resilient.”
Albanese added, “I thanked President Prabowo for his contribution to securing more fertilizer supplies for Australia.”
Emphasizing the importance of regional relations, Albanese said, “Strong relationships in our region are more important than ever.”
