Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that he attended the Diplomatic Conference organized for the adoption of the Convention on the Establishment of the International Compensation Commission for Ukraine and addressed the participants.

Zelenskyy said in his statement:

“We hope that the tribunal on Russian aggression will truly begin its work — not only for us, but for everyone who wants peace in Europe. We expect all compensation mechanisms, from the Register of Damage to the Compensation Commission and actual payments, to start operating and to receive strong and adequate international support, so that people can truly feel that all damage caused by the war can be compensated.”
