Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made a statement regarding the report presented by Oleh Ivashchenko, the Head of the Ukrainian Foreign Intelligence Service.

Zelensky said, “First of all, Russia is attempting to free its energy companies from the effects of global sanctions. For this, they use temporary owners and a number of fictitious legal regulations.”

Zelensky noted that these attempts are being closely monitored, adding, “We are following all of this, and by communicating with our partners, we will continue the pressure and prevent Russia from making money for the war through such manipulations.”

Particularly emphasizing relations with China, Zelensky said, “We are recording increasing links between Russian and Chinese entities that could provide space-based intelligence data.”

Zelensky concluded his statement with, “We will also raise this issue with our partners. Thank you to everyone who helps Ukraine.”
