Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made a statement regarding Russia’s increasing attacks on energy and logistics lines, as well as the production potential of Ukraine’s defense industry.

Referring to Russia’s strategic objectives, Zelensky said: “Russia continues the second phase of its winter operation with attacks on critical infrastructure. Targets at this stage include water supply facilities, reservoirs, dams, logistics and similar structures.”

Emphasizing that Ukraine’s defense strength has increased, Zelensky stated: “Russia’s plans are clear, but we are stronger than in winter.”

Drawing attention to the defense budget and technological capacity, Zelensky added: “We must fight for funding. Funding will certainly strengthen the protection of our skies. The technology exists. If the budget is provided, Ukraine can produce two thousand interceptor drones per day.”
