Stubb: The United Kingdom is a valuable strategic partner for Finland
Helsinki, March 26 (Hibya) - Finnish President Alexander Stubb met with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer during the JEF Leaders' Summit in Helsinki, where they discussed European security, foreign policy and defense cooperation.

Emphasizing the importance of ties between the two countries, Stubb said: "The United Kingdom is an extremely valuable strategic partner and ally for Finland. It was a great pleasure to continue our discussions on current foreign and security policy issues as well as European security."
Highlighting cooperation within JEF, President Stubb stated: "We appreciate the United Kingdom’s leadership as the framework nation for JEF. The United Kingdom has demonstrated its strong commitment to our cooperation and our region."
