President Zelensky stated that European countries now clearly see Russia’s interference and destabilization operations. He emphasized that the only way to achieve real peace and protect agreements is through reliable security guarantees.

Pointing out that Russia’s attacks and hybrid operations threaten agreements, Zelensky said that providing tangible protection and security is essential for lasting peace. “There is no country in Europe anymore that does not know what Russia’s interference and destabilization operations look like. Everyone sees Russia’s aggressive actions, its missiles and drones. Protecting against these threats and ensuring security must form the foundation of lasting peace,” he said.
