Zelensky meets Moldovan President Sandu
Kyiv, August 27 (Hibya) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with Moldovan President Maia Sandu in Chișinău, the capital of Moldova.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting with Moldovan President Maia Sandu in Chișinău. Zelensky said the talks addressed efforts to strengthen capacity in the areas of common security, energy and infrastructure.
Emphasizing Ukraine's solidarity with Moldova, Zelensky said, “Right now, it is especially important to stand together and strengthen one another.” Marking Moldova's Independence Day, Zelensky drew attention to the solidarity between the two countries and said, “Friends must stand shoulder to shoulder.”
