Zelensky: 7 people killed in Russia’s ballistic missile attack on Kharkiv
Kyiv, March 7 (Hibya) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that at least 7 people were killed and more than 10 others, including children, were injured in Russia’s ballistic missile attack on Kharkiv.
Ukrainian President Zelensky stated that debris removal operations are continuing following Russia’s ballistic missile attack on Kharkiv.
Zelensky said that 7 people have been confirmed dead so far, more than 10 people including children have been injured, there may still be people trapped under the rubble, and rescue teams are continuing their work in the area.
Zelensky also noted that Russia carried out large-scale attacks against Ukraine, saying: “Russia used 29 missiles and 480 unmanned aerial vehicles against Ukraine, most of them ‘Shahed’.”
Zelensky stated that the attacks targeted energy infrastructure in Kyiv and critical points in the Khmelnytskyi, Chernivtsi and Zhytomyr regions, adding that damage was also reported in the regions of Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Vinnytsia, Odesa, Poltava, Sumy and Cherkasy.
